Terms & Conditions
General trading terms for signage work by Myka Signage Ltd. Have them reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the brief, site information and dimensions supplied at the time of enquiry. Changes to scope, materials, size or site conditions may change the price. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the document.
Design and Approval
Production begins only after written approval of the final design, dimensions, materials and finishes. Changes requested after approval may incur additional cost and affect the delivery schedule.
Production and Lead Times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and depend on material availability, approvals and site readiness. We will inform you promptly of any change.
Installation and Site Access
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely site access, along with any permits, landlord consents or power supply required for installation. Delays caused by site access may be rechargeable.
Payment
A deposit is required to commence production, with the balance due as set out in the quotation or invoice. Ownership of fabricated signage passes to the client on full payment.
Warranty
Fabrication and installation workmanship is warranted for the period stated in the quotation. The warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alteration, vandalism and damage caused by extreme weather events.
Intellectual Property
Concepts, drawings and design files prepared by MYKA remain our intellectual property until the project is paid for in full. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
